Maintenance Scheduler



30,452 per annum plus benefits.

37 hours per week (Mon-fri) Home-based with occasional travel. Permanent role.

The role and what you take care of:




We have a permanent, full-time opportunity to join our Building Services and Compliance team as a Maintenance Scheduler. You will be part of a talented team where our people are passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience and are highly motivated to contribute to our success.

Ensure timely, effective, and reliable repairs and maintenance by utilising our scheduling software and systems. Responds to and manages all customer contacts promptly, ensuring customers receive the best experience at the right time, first time, while placing our customer experience at the heart of everything you do. Issuing work orders and invoices, while coordinating with contractors to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for both the business and our customers. What you need to be successful:



Demonstrative ability to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring accuracy on the first attempt. Highly organised, positive, and capable of meeting tight deadlines. Proficient in computer literacy, with knowledge of scheduling systems and related software. Dedicated to exceeding expectations to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Skilled in problem-solving through effective collaboration with customers and colleagues. Proven track record of contributing towards team targets and project success.
