Maintenance Person
Job Description
To manage the weekly maintenance checks - water tests, fire alarm testing, Mow the lawns, painting, keeping the outside courtyard and car park clean and tidy, and other general handy work as required in the care home.
Due to the nature of the work and contact with vulnerable people the suitable person must have a transferable DBS or will have to meet the cost of the DBS.
A clean driving license is essential.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
