Job Description
At Shannon Site Solutions Ltd we are looking for a highly skilled MAINTENANCE OPERATIVE who will be responsible for the delivery of a high-quality maintenance service and reactive works to a range of clients throughout Northern Ireland and occasionally in ROI
Immediate start available
Van & Fuel card provided
Ideal candidate will be able to:
Inspect the building, grounds, and equipment.
Tiling, painting, minor joinery, including carrying out PPM reports for clients on a monthly basis
Manage workload and use own initiative on a range of planned and reactive calls
Essential Criteria:
Have a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience Practical skills to repair, maintain, or fix a variety assets Send reports on Microsoft Excel. Ability to deal with site clients in a professional manner, Flexibility around normal working hours to meet client needs, including night shifts and weekend working Full clean driving licence Valid CSR card

Schedule:
10 hour shift 12 hour shift 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability

Revelant Experiance: 2 years (preferred)
