Job Description

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join us here at The Tawny to keep our hotel in great shape!

This role is to help oversee the day-to-day operations of Maintenance at The Tawny and Foxtail Barns. Please note we have two estates, but use of the company van can be used during work times to travel (10 minutes apart).

You will work with the General Manager and Operations Manager to ensure The Tawny is compliant with H&S and other statutory regulations.

Responsibilities:

Inspecting, fixing and maintaining equipment where necessary Completing scheduled maintenance tasks Conducting preventative maintenance and identifying when items need upgrading or replacing Providing information and advice on maintenance issues to General Manager Delivering excellent customer service Liaising with contractors to ensure that they complete projects on time Painting and decorating or conducting repairs to flooring and other fittings Ensuring rooms are maintained and fully equipped Completion of Fire, Pool, and Water Monthly Checks Maintain the outdoor swimming pools Liaising with external contractors

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 16.65 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
