We're looking for a proactive and hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead all aspects of equipment and facility maintenance across our fridge recycling operation. You'll oversee planned and reactive maintenance, manage a skilled team, and ensure our plant runs safely, efficiently, and compliantly.



What You Will Be Doing:



Lead all maintenance operations with a strong focus on safety, performance, and compliance, while collaborating closely with the production team to ensure successful outcomes. Some of the key responsibilities include:

Conduct and review hazard cards, inspections, and support health and safety investigations Work closely with the SHEQ team to identify and implement improvements Manage day-to-day shift activities, performance reviews, and team communications Oversee planned maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and maximise plant efficiency Utilise CMMS to track and improve uptime and maintenance performance Monitor and report on KPIs, using data to drive continuous improvement Ensure optimal operation of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems Support operations during outages, installations, and upgrades

About You:



You'll have a strong background in maintenance leadership within a fast-paced, industrial environment. The ideal candidate will have the following:

Apprentice-trained with ONC/HNC or equivalent in engineering IOSH/NEBOSH qualified Skilled across electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems Proven team leadership with experience in performance, development, and resource planning Strong knowledge of CMMS and modern maintenance tools Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills Familiar with mobile plant and fixed processing equipment
