Maintenance

Georgian House is a boutique hotel with sixty individually designed bedrooms and apartments, tastefully decorated to a very high standard.

What will I be doing:

Helping to maintain the beautiful decor with respect to the original features of our listed building. Also, show flexibility and offer to assist in identifying and resolving maintenance defects bedrooms and public areas of the hotel in the hotel and apartments. Every day is different and as well as resolving all the reactive maintenance issues you will take a proactive approach in maintaining the property from painting and decorating, changing light bulbs to supporting the team ensuring all Health and Safety checks and regulations are in place. You will be passionate about perfection and quality.

Previous experience in maintenance is a requirement, with basic knowledge of plumbing, basic knowledge of electrical engineering, avoiding calling for contractors, good communication skills as well has a good knowledge of English language. You will be an ambassador of the hotel and therefore we expect you to represent our values and vision on every interaction with guests.

Schedule:

8 hour shift Flexitime Weekend availability
