Job Description
Upgrading Void Properties, extensions & renovations ,Tiling & Repairs, Roof Works, Carpentry 1st & 2nd fix works, Basic Plumbing repairs, Blockwork, Landscaping & Fencing, Paving & Concrete Works.
Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
Pay: From 15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 - 42 per week
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
Llandysul: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
Site: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
Driving Licence (required)
Willingness to travel:
25% (preferred)
Work Location: In person
Reference ID: Must be able to work as part of a team as well as on their own using their initiative & common sense approach to achieving project compliance safely and to a high standard, must be reliable & hard working.
