They are currently on the lookout for a Maintenance Fitter with a Mechanical bias to join their team in Toomebridge to play a vital role in ensuring that their operation runs smoothly with minimal machinery/equipment downtime.Duties will include
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Carry out repairs and replacements of faulty components and parts.
- Perform light fabrication and machining tasks as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the facility\'s smooth operation.
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines and maintaining a clean and tidy working area.
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Fitter or similar role.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues.
- Basic welding and fabrication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- A commitment to safety and environmental regulations.
