Within our Facilities Management division, the small works team plays a crucial role in the day-to-day delivery of planned minor works across a diverse range of properties and systems within our client's sites.

As part of our continued growth, our FM division's small works team are looking to appoint an experienced and professional Maintenance Engineer to work as part of the South East project Fabric team, delivering day-to-day responsive repairs and minor refurbishments to client properties across a variety of South East based contracts.

(NOTE: this is a mobile role that will require you to be split across multiple sites in London, Surrey and occasionally Kent - each project will last 2/3 days to a week at a particular site and you will commute to the same site until the project is fully delivered, so you will not be expected to be mobile across multiple sites in one day etc...)

Further responsibilities of the role include:



Basic building maintenance and repairs - painting & decorating, tiling, plastering etc... Timber & UPVC door and window installation/repairs Standard fencing installation Compression fittings as part of wider kitchen fit-outs Guttering repair and installation Floor laying and maintenance

Requirements:

To be considered for the role, you will need to demonstrate a mix of the following:



Basic plumbing skills MEWP and PASMA qualified preferable City & Guilds or other accredited qualification in a relevant field Competent to assess repairs required with ability to complete works with minimal guidance
