In the last 2 years this bakery in Leicester has seen exceptional growth, with a further 3 million pound\xe2\x80\x99s worth of investment this year, set to see the packaging lines fully automated this really is a great time to be joining the Maintenance team and getting involved in the ongoing projects.

Due to the growth we are looking for a further 2 Multi-Skilled Maintenance engineers to join the team. Working a 4 on 4 off pattern we require one engineer to work permanent nights & and the other to follow the days and nights pattern.

Working with a team of skilled engineers, the client is able to train and developed your skills in their environment provided you have a can do attitude.

Qualifications & Skills required in this Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers role.

• Engineering apprenticeship or academic and practical qualifications to a level 3 (BTEC, NVQ, C&G)
• 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience within maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment.
• Team player, the ability to prioritise workload.

The role as a Multi - Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Planned and reactive maintenance to the plant machinery.
• Modify and update PPM system on a daily basis to ensure engineering information is up to date and accurate.
• Provide pro-active service and support for production and factory services.
• Train and assist production to deliver efficient machine setup, and effective start-ups.
• Manage own self to meet company objectives to agreed timescales.
