Job Role: Maintenance Engineer
Location: Wellington, Somerset
Salary: \xc2\xa346,000-\xc2\xa347,000 per annum + Overtime Available @ 1.5x
Hours: Monday-Friday 06.00-14.00/14.00-22.00 Weekly Rotations
Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Duties:
\xc2\xb7 Attend breakdowns on site machinery & conveyor systems
\xc2\xb7 Liaise with Engineering management & fellow engineers to resolve breakdowns efficiently, professionally & in a timely manner
\xc2\xb7 Follow health & safety procedures
\xc2\xb7 Attend training & courses for further development, in line with training

Requirements:
\xc2\xb7 Minimum 3 years experience as a maintenance engineer in a packaging, manufacturing, FMCG or similar industry
\xc2\xb7 A good balance of Mechanical/Electrical Fault Finding, Repairs with an electrical bias preferred
\xc2\xb7 Previous experience repairing & fault finding on components such as Motors, Gearboxes, Conveyor Systems, Converters, Inverters or PLCs.
\xc2\xb7 Understanding of Automated processes - Desirable
\xc2\xb7 Relevant Electrical/Mechanical Qualifications (City & Guilds or NVQs) or Time Served
\xc2\xb7 An openness to learn, share practices & attend training courses when needed.
