Job Description
Interaction Recruitment are working with a well established client based in Chesterfield who are looking to recruit a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join their team on a permanent basis.
Salary: \xc2\xa338k per annum + overtime and shift allowance
Working on a 3 shift pattern of Days 6am - 2pm, Afters 2pm - 10pm, and Nights 10pm - 6am
Shift allowance is paid for days and afters and a higher rate is paid for night shift
Weekly production bonus & Yearly attendance bonus
Duties will include:
- Maintenance of plants electrical systems
- PPM\'s on Plant & Automotive machinery
- General maintenance and every day running of production
- Monitoring and repairing of heat treatments
- Overhead crane repairs and service
- Ensure all data is completed on the relevant job
- Ensuring any spares are removed from stock are booked out to the relevant tickets
- Reporting any faults that cannot be fixed at the time to the seniors on shift
- Carrying out basic mechanical tasks throughout the site
- All electrical items are tested in accordance with the current IEE regulations on a predetermined basis
- Making sure all unused materials are returned to the correct storage area
- 17th - 18th Edition preferred
- Good diagnostic skills
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ideally hold a relevant qualification suitable for the role
