Salary: \xc2\xa330,000-\xc2\xa335,000 DOE

Location: Corby, Northamptonshire

Hours: 8:00-16:00 Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Interaction Technical have partnered with a growing, market leading Powder Coating firm based in Corby on their search for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team. Our client is a specialist powder coater for an array of industries including the Residential, Commercial, Rail, Retail and the Public industries and after a period of year on year growth, they are now looking for a Maintenance Engineer to run the site and ensure the plant is running as smoothly as possible. The Benefits

\xc2\xb7 Salary between \xc2\xa330,000-\xc2\xa335,000 dependent on experience

\xc2\xb7 Overtime paid at time \xc2\xbd, double time on Sundays

\xc2\xb7 28 days holiday including bank holidays

The Role

\xc2\xb7 Carry out Preventative Planned Maintenance and reactive breakdowns within stipulated timescales to minimise production downtime.

\xc2\xb7 Carry out general building and plant maintenance including minor repairs, fixtures, fittings and lighting

\xc2\xb7 Respond to unplanned breakdowns in a timely and effective manner

\xc2\xb7 Carry out both mechanical and electrical fault finding to diagnose potential issues or problems.

\xc2\xb7 Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns

\xc2\xb7 Carry out all work according to company procedures and Health & Safety Policies

The Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer within a manufacturing environment (essential)

\xc2\xb7 Multi-skilled Electromechanical Engineer with either a mechanical or electrical bias (essential)

\xc2\xb7 Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic capabilities (essential)

\xc2\xb7 Previous experience working within a Heavy Industrial environment (advantageous)

\xc2\xb7 Relevant Electrical/Mechanical Qualifications (City & Guilds/NVQs) - Advantageous

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of PLC systems (advantageous)

\xc2\xb7 Full UK Driving License required
