As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for executing planned electrical maintenance and testing, reactive repairs, and remedial works primarily at our Hospitality Client\'s sites. This role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing our relationship with the client, having recently secured the Electrical Maintenance & Remedial Works Contract.
Key Responsibilities:
EICR Test & Inspection, Fire Alarm Test, Emergency Lighting Test, and PAT Test during Planned Maintenance visits.
Executing reactive repairs and remedial works promptly and efficiently.
Ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.
Collaborating with the maintenance team to meet client requirements and maintain high-quality service delivery.
Package:
Salary: \xc2\xa336,563 per annum
On-call Payment: \xc2\xa31,950 per annum for one week in four on top of your basic salary
Overtime: Paid at 1.5 x hourly rate (time and a half) after 37.5 hours worked.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00.
Travel Time: 30 minutes each way per day in your own time.
31 Days annual leave (Including Bank Holidays)

Qualifications:
18th Edition.
NVQ Level 3.
AM2.
City & Guilds 2391 (desirable).
