Working Hours: 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week)What's in it for you?Generous Holiday AllowanceCompany Share Scheme2 Paid Volunteering Days per YearCycle to Work SchemeSeason Ticket LoanEmployee Assistance ProgrammeKey Responsibilities:Act as a lead technician, overseeing electrical building services installation and maintenance on-site.Apply your trade skills and provide one-to-one training for team members.Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and complete all maintenance, repairs, installations, and refurbishment works in line with SLAs and KPIs.Take on AP/RP roles where appropriate or receive training.Conduct testing and inspection to City & Guilds 2391 standard.What We're Looking For:Qualifications: Recognised electrical trade apprenticeship or equivalent Level 3 qualifications (theory & practice).Experience: Expertise in building services with knowledge of air handling plants and water hygiene.Skills: Strong customer service, communication, and computer skills.
