• To support the Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Team with all administrative duties to include: timesheets, worksheets, material orders and associated admin.
• Carry out administrative works associated with invoices received by the Resort in relation to services or materials supplied to the Resort from external businesses.
• Liaise with the accounts department to identify and deal with any anomalies found with invoices or payments.
• Regularly check the Opera system for day to day maintenance works reported and ensure these are actions promptly.
• To ensure that you maintain high levels of customer service whilst interacting with guests contractors and colleagues.
• To act in accordance of behaviours listed in the employee handbook
• Adhere to Resort, procedural and National Health and Safety Regulations at all times including use of relevant PPE.

Experience within a maintenance admin role previously would be strongly desirable.Hours of work:

• This is a part time position working 25 - 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
• The rate of pay for this role is 312.00 per hour

No formal qualifications are needed although experience of working in a maintenance admin role would be highly advantageous.
