Hours of work 41 per week based on a 2 week rotational shift pattern -

Week 1

06.00 - 18.00 (Mon - Wed) 06.00 - 14.00 (Thu)

Week 2

18.00 - 06.00 (Mon - Wed)

Annual Leave: 31 Days + Birthday off after 2 years

Advance Tapes is an independent family-owned adhesive tape manufacturer and converter based in Thurmaston, Leicester. We handle everything from formulating specialist adhesives to the coating, formatting, converting and despatching a wide range of tapes for industrial and professional markets.

We are looking for an Operator to work mainly at our Coating site based on Pinfold Road, Thurmaston operating coating and mixing machinery to the required standards.

The main requirements of this role are:

To operate selected machinery safely To consistently achieve production output targets To have a full understanding of quality standards and waste minimization requirements To highlight processing & quality issues to the Production Team Leaders To complete all required departmental data recording on time

Essential Requirements:

Experienced in team-based production processes Able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions Able to work safely at the required pace, identifying and escalating any risks or quality concerns Able to understand and record data through written and electronic means Good communication and organisation skills
