Spring 2022 saw the opening of the latest addition to Lympstone Manor, our fabulous Pool House Restaurant & Bar. The pool house offers informal and relaxed dining inside or alfresco. The menu celebrates locally sourced ingredients offering something for all and driven by quality.xe2x97x8f Overseeing all Restaurant operations ensuring not only the highest standards of service but outstanding product knowledgexe2x97x8f To contribute to the profitable operation of the hotel by maintaining and adhering to allocated budgets by controlling stock, consumables and the staff rota to ensure efficient use of labour, while incorporating staff holidaysxe2x97x8f Build rapport with guests in order to maximise sales opportunities and generate future businessxe2x97x8f To perform occasional Duty Management shifts as requiredxe2x97x8f To be a pivotel and charismatic figurehead in the lounges, carrying out the role of xe2x80x9chostxe2x80x9d along with the senior management teamQualificationsxe2x97x8f Good working knowledge of quality food and winexe2x97x8f Michelin star or 5AA Rosette experience essentialxe2x97x8f Has attention to detail and presented to a high standardxe2x97x8f Well-developed organisation and communication skillsxe2x97x8f A strong motivator and team leaderAdditional Information
