Lymphoedema-Tissue Viability Nurse - Band 6xc2xa342,939 - xc2xa350,697 inc HCAS per annum pro rataPart time - 30 hours per weekAn exciting opportunity has arisen within the Tissue Viability and Lymphoedema Service. The post-holder will develop knowledge and skills in both Tissue Viability and Lymphoedema as a hybrid role.These small services work together as one and having skills that are interchangeable works perfectly, producing the best outcomes for patients.The post holder will join a small team of motivated, passionate clinicians. and will work within the Tissue Viability and Lymphoedema team to provide a high quality, patient focused service for patients presenting with Lymphoedema/chronic oedema and/or Tissue Viability issues.This will involve active participation in complex patient assessment and management out in the community and in clinics.The post holder will support the achievement of Key Performance Indicator's (KPI's) and use data to manage caseloads and monitor KPIs and clinical outcomes.   • Recent and proven experience in tissue viability/lymphoedema care and management, including: wound care, leg ulceration, chronic oedema
