Job Overview


Key Responsibilities


Prospecting, listing properties, negotiating offers and selling properties.


Proactively targeting potential sellers.


Presenting an irresistible proposition to potential sellers.


Creating world class marketing campaigns for luxury properties.


Providing a first-class service and delivering outstanding results for the seller.


The successful candidate will have access to full support and training from the current team and a variety of marketing and prospecting tools as well as a strong network of neighbouring Fine and Country colleagues with whom you can collaborate.



Skills and Experience


Highly motivated, ambitious, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently.


Must have a minimum of 4 years estate agency experience or a related role dedicated to working with high-end clients.


Must be well networked within the local community/


Experience as a valuer is desired but not essential.


Must be a car owner with a full driving license, insured for business use.
