What will I do in the role?

  • Have a \xe2\x80\x98can do\xe2\x80\x99 attitude
  • The first point of contact for all customer queries
  • Brand ambassador for your client
  • Provide outstanding customer service across telephone, social media, webchat and email
  • Make sure the customer is at the heart of every conversation
What do I need?
  • Experience working for a retailer
  • Experience working in a luxury background
  • Experience within any of the following: Beauty, Cosmetics, Fashion
  • A desire and genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service ensuring an empathetic approach
  • Outstanding social service etiquette, with the ability to be versatile in your approach to adapt your style for each customer
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Works well within a team
  • Confident IT skills
  • Flexibility, professionalism, drive, ambition, and willingness to learn
  • Great attention to detail and highly organised
  • C2 Level of English required
Education/Studies:

(Not essential, but beneficial)
  • Graduated from the Fashion Retail Academy
  • Communication Fields, such as Marketing/PR/Advertising
  • Make-up Artists
  • Qualifications in Dermatology or Skincare
Languages Requirement:

Fluent in both English and French, both written and verbal

What will I be paid?

\xc2\xa313 per hour

Working Hours:
  • Full time \xe2\x80\x93 40 hours per week
  • Current shift pattern: 9am-6pm Monday to Friday, however this will move to between 9am-11pm Monday to Saturday on a rotational basis during peak periods.
  • Shifts may change to meet the needs of the business

  • Ping ms Maximum 20ms
