Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant to support our team during our busy lunch time. The role is Monday - Friday working from 11:00am - 2:00pm.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and ideally have some experience working in a similar role.
Duties:
- Supporting the nursery staff in working with children during lunch.
- Making sure tables are clean pre/post meals.
- Sitting and supervising the children during lunch time.
- Cover staff lunches.
The role is subject to enhanced DBS clearance and references.
Safe Guarding and Food Hygiene training will be provided.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week
Qualifications
Child care qualification is definitely highly desirable but not essential Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable. Previous experience working within a similar role is highly desirable A background in early childhood education or related fields is an advantage. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
