Looked After Children Social Worker \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa339.50ph \xe2\x80\x93 Hybrid

NonStop Care are working with a well established local authority in the East Midlands who are looking for an experienced Social Worker to join their Looked After Children team. The ideal candidate will have a background working with Looked After Children & will strive towards the best possible outcomes for Service Users.

Some responsibilities of this position include;

• In this position you will complete assessments, visits & care plans.
• This role will require you to identify the need of the children in your care & work with the relevant agencies and parties to ensure that the greatest standard of care and assistance is given to those in need of support.
• Hold a caseload of Looked After Children

Requirements:

• A degree in Social Work & Social Work England registration
• A drivers license
• An up to date DBS check
• Experience in Looked After Children
