This is an exciting and varied role in the heart of Peterborough. Teamwork is key to succeed in this role, along with building strong relationships both internally and externally.
Working in a modern office with a supportive team you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end publishing process and some of your main responsibilities will include:
- Sending print orders and resolving any print or delivery discrepancies
- Overseeing a portfolio of magazines, managing end-to-end processes and being the main point of contact for all accounts
- Overseeing and updating wholesale and depot order levels
- Liaising with all relevant parties to ensure timely production of manifests and order confirmations
- Conducting internal process reviews
- Run daily and weekly reports
- Support wider team on invoice queries and reconciliation
