We're seeking a skilled and proactive Logistics Manager to oversee and run the logistical operations of our construction projects from start to finish. In this key role, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all site logistics--ensuring materials, equipment, and resources are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time. The Logistics Manager will be responsible for the site logistics on Wilson James projects at Heathrow including management and direction of the Wilson James Logistics team and respective responsibilities and required contractor interfaces.

50,000 to 55,000 depending on experience

A typical day in the life as a Logistics Manager
Coordinate the logistics team to ensure all activities in the logistics scope are carried out safely, efficiently, and effectively.
Attend daily and monthly site meetings.
Maintain and deliver logistics performance standards set at the start of the project.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with monthly KPIs.
Oversee welfare facilities, material movement, and site access/egress.
Manage site documentation, including health & safety and Heathrow compliance.
Provide logistics support to the client's construction team throughout the project.
What are we looking for?
Airside Pass
Level 6 or above NVQ Diploma in Construction Site Management would be beneficial
SMSTS would be beneficial
Driving Licence
