Logistics Customer Support Advisor Duties:
Making sure the outsourced company are meeting KPI\'s and SLA\'s
Dealing with incoming calls regarding consumables and parts
Arranging collections of parts
Arranging courier paperwork
Invoicing customers and creating disputes/credits
