Fixed Term Contract- 1 year Full-Time, Monday to Friday (37 hours per week)

We are seeking a proactive and organised Facilities Coordinator to join our team, reporting to the Service Logistics Team Leader with a dotted line to the Logistics Manager for Facilities activities.

In this role, you will be responsible for processing orders to meet required standards and deadlines, managing DTS and back order items for timely delivery, and ensuring customer expectations are fully met, both internally and externally.

You will also handle overseas BU orders and provide vital support for facilities administration, coordinating activities to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Process orders for parts and products. Proactively solve problems and assist in resolving issues. Liaise with both internal and external clients as required. Maintain an organised, professional approach to tasks. Provide support for facilities administration and coordinate activities. Comply with health and safety responsibilities in all areas. Carry out other reasonable tasks as requested by the manager.

Knowledge of job-related procedures, gained through formal training or experience. Understanding of team integration and how individual duties contribute to broader objectives. Ability to select appropriate alternatives from defined options when problem-solving. Basic understanding of team dynamics and how roles work together to achieve objectives. Ability to evaluate factual information and make informed decisions.
