Job Description
Are you passionate about logistics and ready to take on an exciting role as a Logistics Coordinator? We are recruiting an experienced Logistics Coordinator on a 3-6 month contract for our client based in Salisbury, Wiltshire. You will play a key role in supporting the Logistics and Export Team.
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing timely delivery notes, packing lists, invoices, and export/shipping documentation.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and partners, monitoring performance, and issuing customs instructions.
- Providing support during audits of export and customs processes.
- Tracking and monitoring the status of shipments from start to finish.
- Creating AWBs (Airway Bills).
- Staying updated on changes in HMRC and international compliance regulations.
- Experience in shipping dangerous goods, exports, or customs.
- Proficiency in creating shipping/export documents.
- Knowledge of Incoterms and Commodity Codes.
- Understanding of End-to-End logistics processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent spoken and written communication.
- IT literacy.
