Job Description
Aramark Northern Europe are currently recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator to join the Team in our Aberdeen Office, and it\'s a permanent full-time roll.
Job Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily review of crew requirements covering off short term requirements and forward planning to cater for all holiday, long term sick, fluctuation in manning requirements etc
- Manage and support all systems from Vantage / Centic App / Excel tracking documents
- Action all calls to note all absence / provide cover and update HR / Payroll
- Provide support to Operations Mangers on daily requirements
- Interface with Client representatives to obtain flight information
- Support on-call out of hours service on a rotational basis
- Support training requirements working with a variety of vendors
- Previous working experience as a Logistics Coordinator preferable
- Additional experience in supply chain or logistics is a plus
- Familiarity with relevant rules, regulations, and standards
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Good time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task
