Job Description
We're seeking a motivated and highly organised Logistics Account Manager to oversee and enhance our logistics operations, while also maintaining strong relationships with our clients within the Transport & Distribution industry.
- Oversee daily logistics operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Ensure all operations adhere to safety standards.
- Implement efficiency improvements in the logistics process.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation.
- Handle client queries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
- Participate in the development and implementation of strategic plans.
- A degree in Business, Logistics or a related field.
- Experience in a managerial role within the Transport & Distribution industry.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and under pressure.
- An estimated salary range of xc2xa332,000 - xc2xa336,000
