NonStop\xe2\x80\x99s client, based in a beautiful location in North West England, is seeking dedicated and motivated Qualified Social Workers to join their Locality Team with a competitive pay rate of \xc2\xa340 per hour. As a social worker in the Locality Team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of approximately 20-23 children. This manageable caseload ensures that you can provide the best possible support and attention to each child under your care.

With a combination of office-based and remote working, you will have the flexibility to work two days in the office and the rest of the time from home. This means you can avoid the daily commute and have more time to focus on your clients.

In terms of caseloads, you will have regular Child Protection visits every 10 days and Child In Need visits every 4 weeks. This ensures that you are actively involved in monitoring and safeguarding the children in your care. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to manage your own diary, attend weekly team meetings, and receive monthly supervision, all through virtual platforms.

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 post-qualified experience as a social worker. Experience in Child Protection, Child In Need, care proceedings, and Court Work is essential. Additionally, you must have a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license as you will be required to conduct visits. However, you can give your location preference for caseloads.
