Job Summary:

We have a superb Live-in All-rounder role for a refined and effortlessly relaxed couple (and their one-year-old son) who deeply value and appreciate their esteemed staff, consistently exhibiting proper manners. They are a low-key family who travel far and wide, entertaining their closest friends and family when available. The main property is luxurious throughout with 6 bedrooms suites, entertaining space, swimming pool and an adjoining 2-bedroom house for the nannies.

This role requires an all-rounder who can be the eyes and ears on the ground in relation to maintenance inside and out, as well as assisting with occasional driving duties.

Duties:

• Answering doors and gates, warmly greeting people coming in and out and guiding contractors to their designated tasks. Accepting parcels/deliveries
• Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the property, adopting a proactive approach to identifying anything to be addressed by a contractor
• You will collaborate closely with a private office management company that expertly handles contractor organisation on your behalf. You would supervise contractors in the property and report back to the family office with an overview of what was completed and if any follow-up is required
• Cleaning and tidying the garden (they have weekly contractors for maintenance), including the upkeep of the water fountain, and ensuring leaf-free roof terraces
• Maintaining the swimming pool or liaising with specialist contractors
• The family would greatly appreciate chauffeur services to and from the airport, and it would be ideal if you could assist the nannies by providing transportation for their appointments
• When the gentlemen are away, you will be entrusted with the care of their beloved Labrador (rest assured, a dedicated dog walker is already in place, and your personal time off will not be contingent upon canine care)

Candidate requirements

• Comfort and familiarity with both children and dogs are essential, as they are cherished members of this harmonious household. However, direct childcare duties and exclusive dog care will not be expected of you
• Must be a confident driver in London
• The ideal candidate will have worked in similar-sized London properties, familiar with the high-tech nature of luxury homes
• Common sense
• Eye for detail
• Confident in maintaining consistently high standards
