As Bar Manager, you will be responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere while ensuring the highest standards of food and drink quality.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to health and safety regulations. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to meet demand. Train and mentor bar staff on food preparation, drink mixing, and customer service best practices. Develop innovative drink menus that align with current trends and enhance the overall guest experience. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service between the bar and dining areas. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards. Handle any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

Experience

Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of food production processes, food safety regulations, and culinary techniques. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. A passion for hospitality with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. Familiarity with inventory management systems is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
