The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Litigation Solicitor to join our specialist team in Dorset.

The Package:

This position is a permanent full-time role. Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, with 1 hour for lunch which equates to a 35 hour week. The salary is dependent on experience, and the level of support an individual requires to run and generate a caseload.

You must have excellent technical and communication skills.

You will be IT literate and fully conversant with MS office packages and case management systems.

You will be able to prioritise your workload in order to meet tight deadlines.

The successful applicant should have relevant experience to undertake a wide variety of mainly private client work and have a broad knowledge of dispute resolution and mediation to include; employment, landlord and tenant, personal injury, commercial property, boundary disputes and debt collection.

A Higher Rights of Audience qualification is preferred.
