We believe luxury is the freedom to be yourself and explore desires: whatever, whenever.ABOUT THE ROLEReporting to the Director of Style (Executive Housekeeper), as Linen Porter Supervisor you will play a key role in ensuring cleanliness throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces and back of house areas.Joining the team means you will be instrumental to the success of the hotel's operation and beyond. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, a people-person and passionate!As Linen Porter Supervisor, key aspects of your role will include:

• Sorting, counting, recording and checking in and out of all linen.
• Inspecting the cleaning and maintaining storage, corridors and public areas.
• Delegating and prioritizing tasks such as stocking linen trolleys, cupboards and guest service items.
• Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety protocols.
• Providing guests with requested service and handling any special requests.
• Be a role model within the department, assisting the team to perform their role when required
• Reporting any maintenance issues.
• Take ownership of guest issues and see them through to resolution
• Train Room Attendants, Public Area and Porters to become experts in their role
• Supervise the daily operation of the Style (Housekeeping) department
• Communicate and coordinate between Style, Welcome Office (Front Office) and Engineering to ensure any guest or maintenance issues are logged and resolved
• Develop teamwork throughout your team as it grows
• Be a W brand ambassador, ensuring the brand's voice is present in your interactions with guests and talent
• Ensure grooming standards are met with clean uniform and neat personal appearance

• Previous experience working in five star, luxury/lifestyle hotels
