The roleOur Line Chefs are responsible for producing all menu items in an efficient and consistent manner. This role reports directly to the Kitchen Manager and is part of a team based from our attractive hotel in Colchester.Line Chef duties include:

• Cooking food items by grilling, frying, sautxc3xa9ing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
• Facilitating special requests from guests if received.
• Managing wastage through correct product measurement.
• Ensuring you are working towards all kitchen SOPs at all times.
• Setting up and stocking food items and other necessary supplies.

Demonstrable cooking experience including experience as a Line Chef, Restaurant Cook or Prep Cook.
