Job Role: Field-Based Lift Engineer

Salary: \xc2\xa330,000-\xc2\xa335,000 base salary (Realistic earnings of \xc2\xa350,000-\xc2\xa365,000 pa)

Hours: Monday-Friday 08.00-16.00 + Door to Door / Overtime @ 1.5/2x

Location: Bedfordshire + Nationwide/International travel

Job Type: Full time, permanent

The Package:

\xc2\xb7 33 days holiday (Including Bank Holiday) after 1 years service.

\xc2\xb7 Overtime breakdown - Any hours worked over 8.5 on weekdays = 1.5X, Saturdays all hours worked=1.5X, Sundays all hours worked=2X

\xc2\xb7 UK Nights away paid @ \xc2\xa325 per stay, Overseas + Rig work Nights away paid up to \xc2\xa365-\xc2\xa370 per night

\xc2\xb7 Company vehicle, Fuel Card, Door to Door Payments

\xc2\xb7 Full internal training & development alongside comprehensive direct manufacturer training courses

\xc2\xb7 International work is entirely optional, there is an opportunity to work in Africa, Europe, North/South America, Asia, Australasia, Middle East & Offshore Rigs!

\xc2\xb7 For every night you are overseas, you get a 0.5 days holiday back in leu

The role:

\xc2\xb7 Maintain, service, fault find and repair on array of vertical access equipment (hoists, lifts, rack & pinion).

\xc2\xb7 To inspect & commission on site machinery and systems in line with electrical & mechanical fault finding/reparations

\xc2\xb7 Represent the organisation in a professional and well-presented manner inclusive of keeping the vehicle tidy and driving behaviour.

\xc2\xb7 Follow client processes and procedures alongside identify routes of continuous improvement.

\xc2\xb7 To keep line management up to date with workload and progress.

What we need from you:

\xc2\xb7 Electrically and mechanically competency with a good working knowledge of electrical systems (motors, converters, sensors, control panels)

\xc2\xb7 Qualifications relative to electrical/mechanical engineer I.E NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC or HND in electrical, mechanical bases or traction, hydraulic & lifts.

\xc2\xb7 Full UK Drivers License & Valid Passport

\xc2\xb7 Previous experience working as a Lift Engineer, Traction Engineer, Electrical or Mechanical Engineer, Offshore Engineer or a Qualified Electrician
