Location: Mill Rythe Coastal Village, Hayling Island, Hampshire

Salary: \xc2\xa310.60 per hour. Paid weekly

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing

Working as part of our team of holiday heroes, you will be the go-to person at the poolside. You will look after everyone\xe2\x80\x99s safety, keep the whole area clean and hygienic and make sure that we\xe2\x80\x99re meeting our legal requirements.

Be incredibly friendly, answering guests\xe2\x80\x99 questions and making sure that everyone is having a great time. You want to be remembered by the guests as being one of the outstanding heroes of their holiday.

One more thing\xe2\x80\xa6holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic on weekends and bank holidays too.

Skills, experience and qualities you\xe2\x80\x99ll need.

There\xe2\x80\x99s lots of training on offer but you will need:

• A valid NPNQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) \xe2\x80\x93 although we can provide training, but you will need to pass our swimming tests first.
• Fantastic interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\x93 you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to be assertive as well as friendly.
• To be naturally vigilant and helpful - guests come first, so you need to be alert to their needs as well as their safety.

If your application is successful, you\xe2\x80\x99ll have to apply for an Enhanced DBS. We need to be happy that this, together other information we may request, is all in order before you can join the team.

• Experience of working as part of a team.
