We have 2 exciting opportunities to join us as an Account Manager within the Life Sciences & Pharmaceutical team.
This is field based role with an emphasis on building, developing and owning strong relationships with key customers resulting in commercial success. We\'re looking for people who ideally hold previous experience in a start-up business or have scale-up experience in a smaller team in a larger organisation, to support building-out our services.
Experience in solution selling is also key as you will develop an in-depth understanding of customers within the market, including their requirements, challenges and pain points, to harvest relationship and win accounts, establishing contracts.
A full and fairly complex sales cycle touches this role, including agreeing, presenting and negotiating pricing, so you\'ll need to navigate ambiguity throughout.
You will have full accountability for the satisfaction of your customers, and work closely with the team, specifically our Industry Solution Lead, in order to manage the development of solutions from initial lead to contract for your accounts. You\'ll also collaborate with business leads on day to day management of strategic accounts to develop and maintain account plans, monitoring businesses processes against contracts and be the key liaison between the customer and EMIS delivery teams.
