Role Responsibilities:



Receiving pre-qualified Hotkeys generated for you inhouse. Contacting mortgage customers at point of offer to advise on suitable protection products. Identifying customers' needs and requirements. Advising customers and on their policies that will suit their requirements and discussing any queries with them. Building a rapport with customers and delivering the best deal to the policy holder Discussing customers medical circumstances Providing Life Insurance quotes and advising customers on their Life Insurance plans Ensuring the customers are getting the best policy and price. Reviewing existing Life Insurance policies Maintaining FCA compliance

Ideal Candidate:



Experience Selling Life Insurance

: Proven experience selling life insurance and other protection policies in both advised and non-advised settings.

Comprehensive Industry Knowledge

: In-depth understanding of life insurance products, policies, regulations, and major protection insurers, along with the products they offer.

FCA Compliance

: Experience speaking with customers over the phone while ensuring full compliance with FCA regulations.

Results-Driven Professional

: Proven ability to exceed sales targets and KPI in a target-driven environment.

Strong Communication Skills

: Ability to build trust and explain complex insurance products in a simple and relatable way.

Sales Expertise

: Proven ability to close deals and convert leads in a competitive environment.

Resilience and Determination

: Willingness to persevere in a high-pressure, target-driven environment and handle rejection professionally.
