Role : Protection Advisor

-Circa 30,000 base salary, 80k OTE package.

-Based in Manchester City centre, minutes walk from tram links.

-Monday - Friday, no weekends. Early finish on a Friday..1.30pm!

-Uncapped Comms, with fantastic inbound leads

-Provide full training and support for the role to ensure you have the knowledge and tools to achieve.

- Management progression, and paid qualifications into Wealth Management/financial advisory RO5.

The business was set up in 2010, specialising in Financial Service. Lending, Protection & General Insurance; offering a holistic approach to their customers. The business is directly authorised, has a strong panel of insurers and great plans for 2025.

They are looking for a new Protection Advisor to join their team, someone who is self-motivated, professional that does not require man management. Daily/Weekly meetings will take place & support is always available.

What you'll be doing:

You will receive circa 8-10 inbound web enquires per day (all Google). Following the business process, you will complete a fact find with your customer to understand their needs before presenting your recommendation of the required product/s.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing quality advice with every fact find, making sure you have everything documented in our CRM. Managing your time effectively is key. Ensuring that FCA and internal regulatory standards for advice provision are met.

What they're looking for:

1 years' experience in Financial Services. A great communicator with a professional telephone manner. A highly motivated individual with a drive to deliver sales targets and outstanding customer outcomes. The ability to build great rapport with clients through a consultative approach.

Provide full training and support for the role to ensure you have the knowledge and tools to achieve. Ensure you are kept up to date with any product or regulatory changes. Continue to develop your skills. Invest in you to help further your career in the sector (CII qualifications, CMAP etc).
