Job Description
Waterstone Legal, a London law firm based in the City of London is looking for a committed Residential and Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor well versed in handling large caseloads of conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity
Experience of acting on behalf of a varied client base including private individuals, investors and property developers
Management experience in with responsibility for managing a conveyancing team
Proven experience of working with clients including estate agents and mortgage brokers
Summary
As a Licensed Conveyancer/Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be instrumental in managing property transactions and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Reporting to the management team, your role will require strong communication skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders effectively. You will utilize your premium skills in time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple cases efficiently. Additionally, your IT proficiency will support the documentation and processing of transactions, contributing to a seamless conveyancing experience.
