LGV Cat C+E (HGV Class 1) Drivers - Days - based Rugby
DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a LGV C+E (HGV Class 1) Driver - Days to play a vital role in our distribution service.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
PLEASE NOTE THESE ROLES INVOLVE THE MANUAL HANDLING OF LOOSE STACKED TYRES
- Work pattern - Monday to Friday
- Start times between 07:00-09:00 - Monday to Friday - 1-2 drops per day
- Nationwide delivery of loose stacked tyres plus backhaul
- Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers\' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
- Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
- You will hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
- You will be happy to carry out a physical role - duties involve the handballing of automotive, truck and agricultural tyres!!
- Candidates require a minimum of 12 months commercial LGV C+E (HGV Class 1) experience
- Candidates MUST live locally to Rugby - CV23 0WB
