We are looking for a dedicated Early Years practitioner to join our enthusiastic team!

Duties

Create and implement engaging learning opportunities that cater to the developmental needs of children. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster strong relationships. Supervise daily activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and adapting programmes as necessary. Collaborate with other educators to share best practices and enhance the learning environment. Maintain a clean, organised, and stimulating nursery environments that encourages exploration and learning.

Qualifications

Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare are essential. Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is highly desirable. A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development. Ability to create a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration. Knowledge of current early years frameworks and best practices is an advantage.
