Job Description

We have a great opportunity based at our Trinity Arts and Leisure campus for a flexible hourly-paid Level 2 Swimming Teacher to become part of our Bedford College Services department.

As a Teacher, you will play a role in the success of our students through:

• Providing support and assistance to customers and other staff members.
• Presenting a professional image to all customers
• Teaching people of all ages and abilities to develop swimming techniques and skills and build their confidence within the water.

Our ideal candidates will have experience of Health & Safety alongside the following qualifications:

• Level 2 swimming teacher
• Current NPLQ (desirable)

What is an Associate?

Associates work on a short term basis as assigned. They teach or provide support services and they work with and are supported by core staff. As an Associate you will be issued with an Associate agreement, under this Agreement period you will be eligible to work on assignments offered to you. Typically an agreement runs from January to December and may be renewed thereafter.
