We are seeking a motivated and customer focused Lettings/Maintainance Assistant to join our team. In this role you will play a crucial part in the smooth operation of our lettings department, ensuring that all properties are efficiently managed and that our tenants and landlords receive continual excellent service.
Duties
Supporting the Lettings Manager with a range of administrative tasks, including property marketing, tenant screening, referencing and maintenance management.
Conducting property viewings and providing prospective tenants with accurate and informative property details.
Managing and updating property records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally, both in person and via telephone or email.
Communicating with landlords, tenants and contractors regarding maintenance issues, scheduling appointments, and addressing concerns.
Identifying and resolving property maintenance issues efficiently and effectively.
Ensuring all property files are compliant with relevant regulations.
Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance work, inspections, and safety tests.
Support the team in marketing properties through various channels, including online listings and social media platforms.
Experience
Property management experience -previous experience property management or lettings would be an advantage.
Organisational skills - the ability to organize and prioritise tasks, manage schedules and coordinate with multiple parties.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service excellence.
Problem solving skills - the abilty to identify and resolve Maintainance issues promptly and efficiently.
