The role of Lettings Property Administrator is dealing with Tenants who are or who have moved into a rental property. Ensuring a smooth transition for the tenant moving into the property and during the tenancy.

This individual needs to be organised, driven towards achieving a target and must have the 'can do' attitude.

This individual needs to have good communication skills to liaise between the landlord and tenant's.

Experience / Qualifications



Previous experience in property management is ideal, or, candidates with a strong customer service and/or administrative background will definitely be considered.

A good understanding of general property maintenance. First class communication skills. Excellent telephone manner. Demonstrate a stable working background The successful candidate will be a competent and thorough administrator.

Salary

Working Week Monday-Friday - 8.45 - 5.00, One In Three Saturdays 8.45 - 2.00
