- Conduct property viewings with potential tenants
- Negotiate and close rental agreements
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the rental process
- Maintain and update property listings on various platforms
- Assist with marketing and advertising efforts to attract potential clients
- Collaborate with team members to achieve letting targets and company objectives ```Requirements```
- Previous experience in sales or lettings is preferred, but not required
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
