A leading independent Estate and Lettings Agency with a successful group of offices across Surrey and Greater London are seeking an experienced, self-motivated, ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join their busy Morden office.

The perfect candidate will be energetic, determined and have the ability to build quick rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

You will have strong negotiation skills and a desire to be successful.

Residential Property Lettings is a fast paced, dynamic working environment, so you must be able to thrive in a busy and demanding atmosphere, excel under pressure and want to build on the business that is already successful.

Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:

• Previous experience in Residential Lettings
• Excellent sales ability
• High level of customer service skills
• An exemplary telephone manner
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the Morden area helpful
• Full Driving License essential and own car
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency & Lettings
