LETTINGS ASSISTANT \xe2\x80\x93 Residential Estate Agency

Location: Haywards Heath, RH16

Salary: OTE \xc2\xa325k

Position: Permanent \xe2\x80\x93 Full Time

A superb opportunity has arisen for someone who wants to kick start their career in the property industry with a multi-award winning Estate Agency. The role is for a Lettings Assistant based at the Haywards Heath office.

The ideal candidate will be full of enthusiasm, hardworking and driven with a keen desire to be successful.

You should have at least 6 months\xe2\x80\x99 previous experience in Residential Lettings either as a Lettings Administrator / Lettings Negotiator / Property Manager.

You will be responsible for all areas of the Lettings process from booking viewings to drawing up Tenancy Agreements so you must be an all-rounder and not be afraid to \xe2\x80\x9cmuck in\xe2\x80\x9d with all the day to day tasks.

Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Assistant (Residential Lettings) role will include:

• 6-months experience in Residential Lettings
• Good administration and organisational skills
• An efficient and excellent communicator
• A strong focus on customer service
• Ambitious and self-motivated with a \xe2\x80\x98can do\xe2\x80\x99 attitude
• Full UK driving licence and own car essential
